Welcome to the Prairie Pothole region of the western part of the state! I am honored to bring to you what I truly feel is a unique opportunity and a special property. For those unfamiliar with Charles, a quick search will reveal an inspiring story of a local legend passionate about waterfowl and taxidermy. Nestled then in the northwest corner of the property is a well-maintained, approximately 44ft x 28ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath pre-fab manufactured home. With Big Stone and Traverse Lakes not far away, not to mention Artichoke and Oliver nearby, fishing opportunities exist that allow for use of the home as a base camp.
