Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property, though smoking is permitted outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No additional unregistered guests are allowed, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night.
