You'll also find yourself less than a mile from downtown Columbus, Kroger Food Market, and Ohio State University campus. With easy access to major highways and COTA lines, getting around the city is a breeze.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property, though smoking is permitted outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No additional unregistered guests are allowed, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night.
