This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range throughout the year, although guests are not able to individually change their thermostats. The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional $100-300 pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; violating this rule will result in police involvement.
