All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies and common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a smart lock provides hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
