Please note that outdoor amenities such as grills, firepits, and spa are seasonal and available from May through October, depending on the weather. The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable temperature range of 68-74 degrees year-round, although guests cannot individually change their thermostats. The apartment is wheelchair accessible.

Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable.
This property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is a zero-tolerance policy, meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code provided before arrival.
