This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
