Really one of the nicest Parkway Villa properties I have ever seen! For starters the community is kept to the highest standards in all their maintenance responsibilities. The grass is always green and mowed, the trees kept trimmed, the building have just been freshly painted, the community center and pool are clean, neat and inviting. On a cold day you'll even see the steam rising from the pool which is always warm for the residents there. Parkway Villas has always been the county's best bang-for-your-buck. Fees are remarkably low and include cable, internet, all the exterior maintenance and replacement of original roofs as needed (plus lots more). The home too is in great shape. The a/c system is newer, ceramic tile has recently been installed throughout except for the Master Bedroom which was carpeted, cabinets updated from the original style and the master bathroom masterfully retiled. Just off of the covered parking space you also have your own laundry room which fits a full size washer/dryer so trips to the community laundry facility will not be necessary. Yes, the lanai has been enclosed and the roof over the lanai was recently replaced. Just outside the enclosed lanai/puzzle room, you'll find one of the largest yard spaces of any of the properties there.
