House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violators. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact management before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violators. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
