Our cozy, colorful living room has lots of comfy seating, a smart TV, a fireplace, and eclectic artwork. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals at home(The grocery store is less than a mile away). The primary main floor bedroom has a king-sized bed, cozy chair, closet, dedicated workspace with printer, long mirror, and vanity. The 2nd main floor bedroom has a Queen-size comfy bed, flat screen television, and closet(This room overlooks the backyard and has great lighting throughout the day). Colorful main floor full bathroom with tile flooring. The dining area has 2 seating areas. In the basement, there is a large colorful family room with loads of seating, 2 flat-screen TVs, and a dry bar. The basement bedroom has bunk beds with full/twin beds, pack and play, desk/chair, and fun family games. The 2nd basement bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, vanity, desk/chair, and closet. Laundry room with large washer and dryer. The property is located in a quiet family neighborhood. As you can see in the pictures we have an amazing, colorful, artsy, fun backyard. There is a BBQ grill, fire pit, and lots of cozy seating. You are centrally located to Denver, the light rail station, and Olde Town Arvada. Olde Town Arvada(less than 1 mile) offers great dining, shopping, farmers markets(seasonal), and family-friendly activities. The Sheridan light rail stop is a few blocks from the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Close to major highways for quick access to popular mountain town/resorts.
