Four of the bedrooms are guest rooms with 2 queen beds each and a full bath. In the rear is the skinning room and shed. 2 UTV’s are parked there for quick access to the ranch. There is also a 44x105 “deer” barn in the South East corner of the preserve which is used to receive and temporarily quarantine any new animals. The ranch is high fenced with 2 miles of 8 ft fencing around the perimeter along with 2 ft of predator wire on the ground below. In addition there are 5 whitetail breeding pens in that southeast corner for genetic enhancement of the herd. There are 8 quality box stands for rifle hunting and 15 bow stands. The whitetail herd is approximately 200 animals.
