What do I say about my home? It kept my family safe and warm. It's doors have seen people we love come and go. Its backyard has been the location of birthday parties and outdoor movies. The kitchen has cooked many Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, birthday cakes, and family dinners. The dining room gathered my family for quick breakfasts before school, lunches after church and hot dinners on cold nights. This home has taken good care of us and now its time for the next crew to move in! Fresh paint, new blinds, solid surface flooring on the main level and part of upstairs. Carpet in the bedrooms. We are offering a $2500 flooring allowance because...well a lot of life has happened in eight years of living here! Two year old stainless steel appliance package, and central air! RV parking and an oversized garage to fit a big truck or treadmills like ours that are collecting dust. We use the formal dining room as an office, because we are NOT formal people. It can be a flex room for whatever you need it to be! This is a great neighborhood, close to a lot of good things! We hope the next crew loves this house as much as we do!
