The cottage is located in Estudillo Estates, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in San Leandro. With large lots and well established vegetation, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is close to a Safeway and a complex of good restaurants and an excellent coffee house with a breakfast and lunch menu, which also serves as a community gathering place. Centrally located in the East Bay and near public trans. The San Leandro BART station is easily accessed by foot, bus or car. The 580 freeway is a five minute drive.
