Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Maximum of 3 cars allowed. No parties or events, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. There is 1 security camera at the front of the home for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations. Do not use provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling them if they run out. If you bring a pet, bring bedding for them, and pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. If left alone, pets must be crated. Entry may be made without the consent of guests if necessary.
