Tenants must be approved by the HOA. All occupants 18 and older must be listed on the application and are subject to the background and credit check. If it's an adult child of the primary applicant, their credit history will not be considered, but their criminal history will be. First month's rent and security deposit to move in ($2,150 x 2 = $4,300)
Security deposit may NOT be used to pay last month's rent, but if the tenant does not pay the last month's rent, they will be forfeiting their security deposit. Lease terms 12, 18, or 24 months.
Application screening is $40 per person to Rent Spree.
