You can park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street in front of the home. We offer a pet-friendly place with an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
We are only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway, which makes easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County. You are 7 minutes from Evermore Theme Park, 12 minutes from UVU, 13 minutes to Thanksgiving Point, 16 minutes to Timpanogos Cave National Monument, 22 minutes to Splash Summit Water Park, 25 minutes to BYU, 35 minutes to Sundance for skiing, 35 minutes to Seven Peaks Water Park, 40 minutes to SLC Airport, 40 minutes to Temple Square, 55 minutes to Brighton for skiing, and 60 minutes to Park City for skiing. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
