Access the building through the main entrances and be respectful of the home and community. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, although children are welcome at your discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for any violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for any violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rules violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
