Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for any violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for any violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee.
