As parents of recent college graduates, we know how important safety and security are to you. Our on-campus location IN Cornell University limits exposure to crime that some of the high density complexes have experienced. Additionally, Cornell campus patrol is literally minutes from our campus location. We also have "CAMPUS-HILLIANS!" These are Cornell alumni who lived at Campus Hill shortly after it was built (by our original and present local Ithaca owner's), and are now sending their family members to live at Campus Hill, knowing that they will be well cared for. We think this legacy says something special about our dedication to providing the best living experience possible at Cornell.

The monthly rent includes basic cable (70+ channels) and modem internet connection for each tenant! Each apartment comes fully furnished.

Security deposit-equal to 100% of one month's rent.
