There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or garage, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if evidence is found. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. No events or drop-by guests are allowed without prior permission, and complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. The property features a Ring doorbell camera and two additional exterior cameras for security purposes, all of which are visible and record video and audio during reservations. Easy check-in and check-out are facilitated with a personal door code, and guests have access to one side of the duplex and the backyard.
The property includes a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
