Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, with an additional fee of $100 per unauthorized guest per night. Pets are welcome only with prior written approval and payment of the applicable pet fee, with a $500 fine per pet for undisclosed pets. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, and note that excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund. Starting after Labor Day (September 2, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs, with work taking place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some balconies may be temporarily closed or locked during this time.
