The other two units are short term rentals, and the tenant who rents the studio will need to be able to be an onsite resident manager for the property. In return you will receive $250 off the rent of $3000, so you will only pay $2750 for your rent. You will have access to the shared patio area with barbecue grills, fire pit, outdoor shower, seating and direct access to beach. Also, comes with assigned covered parking spot. The home is fully furnished and stocked kitchen. Unit has been fully renovated within the last year with quartz counter tops, all newer stainless steel appliances and floors. Comes with a smart tv, queen size bed, pullout couch for guests and all the kitchenware you need. Onsite manager duties will include (reporting issues to property manager, bringing trash cans in and out, pre-check in walkthrough's of units prior to a guest checking in, etc, stocking some basic supplies as needed).
