Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are also strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a fee of $250. Check-out time is 11 am, with a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.
