It includes a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 58" HDR Smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals and includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features two full beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" Smart TV. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries.
Only one parking spot is included. There may be additional parking in garages or streets nearby. Details will be given during check-in instructions. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, providing a comfortable space for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a seamless work-from-home experience.
