About Summit Ridge Luxury Apartments
At Summit Ridge Luxury Apartments, we take pride in our modern, attractive properties and maintain them to the best standards in order to provide a quality of living which is second to none in the area. Summit Ridge has a friendly staff that is available to assist you in anyway that they can. We also have resident assistants accessible outside of regular office hours. Summit Ridge has on-site managers, caretakers, and a maintenance crew. Between our professional management and leasing staff, always friendly student representatives, skilled security personnel, and handy maintenance team there is constantly someone on-site to address any concerns you may have. Construction is well underway for 60 new multifamily units at Summit Ridge. These new luxurious units will include 1, 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom townhomes with tuck-under garages. Large spacious floor plan design has maximized living spaces and created very functional layouts.
