Coming home is a feeling of comfort, safety, and convenience. The hall style of this space has been one of our many favorite aspects. Nothing compares to opening the back door and front windows on a beautiful spring or fall day and feeling the breeze seamlessly flow throughout the house. In addition to the breeze creating what amounts to free air conditioning, our solar system keeps our energy bills low in the warmer and colder months. In the summer, we love being able to pick fresh fruits or vegetables from the planter boxes in our back yard. The boxes are automatically irrigated on a schedule, so we never have to manually water them. Fresh fruits, vegetables and spices have never been so accessible. When we need to do our shopping, both Costco and Sam's Club are a one-minute drive away. When we're not buying in bulk, Save Mart and Foods Co. grocery stores are also just a one-minute drive in the other direction. At night we feel safe and secure thanks to the gated entries.
