The home itself is +- 1,996 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a large fully covered deck on the north side of the home and an additional large deck on the west side of the home. There are multiple gardens with great vegetation currently growing that can show the soil quality. The walnut on the property is at various stages of growth and a lot of it is easily accessible around the edges of the pastures. There is plenty to harvest now and still would have a lot to harvest down the road. Hayes Branch has a stone creek bed and travels several miles.
