This property is in a family-friendly neighborhood with long-term residents—please be respectful at all times. No check outs are allowed on Saturdays. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and all waste must be picked up. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these pet rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, a $75 cleaning fee applies.
