Enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday, and free on Sundays. All properties are furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size.
Pets are welcome with a $150.00 fee (plus tax) for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 (plus tax) for a second, totaling $400.00 (plus tax) for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed. Excessive barking may result in fines.

Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. The individual making the reservation is considered the primary guest and must be at least 21 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items. Please report any issues promptly to avoid potential charges for repairs or replacements. While all units are similar in style and amenities, please note that the layout and decor may vary slightly. Requests or issues raised after standard business hours may experience delays. We strive to address all inquiries as promptly as possible and appreciate your patience outside of our regular operating hours.
