There is metered street parking available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour from Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays.

Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. Only registered guests are allowed on the property and unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM and noise levels must be kept under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. This is a smoke-free property and smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Pet policies vary by location, with a $150.00 fee plus tax for the first pet and an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed and excessive barking may result in fines. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items. Requests or issues raised after standard business hours may experience delays.
