Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns).
