No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and any violation will result in police involvement.
