Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violations. Minimum age requirement for booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
