No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will require a background search and credit check.
