Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms off the den provide privacy for guests, mothers and fathers, or teenagers. The 30-foot ceiling is airy and spacious; the blond hardwood floors are elegantly showcased by the stunning view. The library overlooks the living room and houses built in shelves. The large master bedroom suite is separated by a hallway; it contains two walk in closets and a master suite bathroom with an oversized whirlpool bathtub, an enclosed shower, and a privacy toilet. The third-floor office overlooks the living room and its panoramic view of the bay provides respite from a busy day.There is a bonus room behind the two-car garage. It is lined with cedar and has an open view of the bay. A new heating unit was installed in 2019.
