My master suite has a private water closet, separate shower and tub, jack-and-jill sinks, and a very spacious walk-in closet. The hallway bathroom also has double sinks and two entrances. All of my walls are freshly painted and my carpets are newly cleaned. I'm in such great shape that you can't even tell that I'm almost 20 years old! My backyard has xeriscape-style landscaping, and multiple fruit trees with plenty of space for a pool. There are blinds fitted to every window and each room has a powerful fan installed on the ceiling. The patio has a built-in Bar-b-que which is perfect to enjoy outside on good weather days. The patio also has a nice music system. The side of the house has a double-wide gate that would fit small RV or sand toys. I've only ever had one owner, so come check me out and be my next!
