For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open for registered guests. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged $250, replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
