Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Firearms are prohibited, and any illegal activities will result in eviction without a refund. Guests must adhere to all community and Homeowner Association rules, including parking regulations and noise restrictions. Trash must be placed in designated carts, and failure to comply will incur a $100 charge. The air conditioning should not be set below 74 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing, and guests will be responsible for any technician charges if this occurs.
