The basement living room includes a huge sectional, TV, and plenty of kids' toys, books, and games for family fun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, an island with seating, ample cabinet space, and a cozy dining area, perfect for everything from gourmet meals to quick snacks.
Parking is available with space for three cars in the driveway, street parking, and a 2-car garage. The property is pet-friendly with a fully fenced backyard, and pets are welcome at a cost of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, and additional fees apply for unauthorized pets or if pets cause damage to the property.
Lost Creek is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions such as the University of Utah, Vivint Arena, and the Salt Palace Convention Center, all within a 22-minute drive. The Mountain America Exposition Center is just 9 minutes away, while Snowbird Ski Resort and Alta Ski Area are 35 and 23 minutes away, respectively. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and fees. Guests are required to lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, but no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
