House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A copy of a State Identification Card or Driver's License will be requested upon booking. Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. This is a non-smoking building, and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before booking. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking areas. The number of guests on the reservation cannot exceed the number specified in the booking, including visitors, and failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation. For same-day late check-ins, prior approval from the host is required before booking.
