Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
