The neighborhood is highly sought after due to it's Boulder location and huge lots. Homes seldom come on the market in this neighborhood and go quickly. This house had a new roof and gutters put on in 2019. Heat pump was replaced in 2017. Wood floors were put into the living room, dining room and halls in 2015 to match the floors that already existed in the upstairs bedrooms. There is updating to be done in the house and sweat equity to be earned. A remodel of the basement bathroom was started but not completed. There are tiles on site that will be left with the house.
