Busses from Silverthone station go to Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, and A Basin. It is a quick drive to all the major ski areas (Copper, Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek). You are also a fast and easy walk to the Buffalo Mountain trail head and the Lilly Pad Pond trailhead. Not to mention direct trail access from the condo to the Ryan Gulch trail system.
The included Snowscape club house includes a pool, hot tub, steam room, laundry, bathrooms and lounge (small kitchen, fireplace, ping pong table and seating). The complex has easy, unassigned parking in the lot for you and your guests.
4 person max (e.g., 2 couples or 2 individuals, or one couple with children; not 4 individuals). No pets (per HOA rules) and no Smoking. Rent includes all utilities: fast internet, electric, water/sewer, heat (this is significant), Dish Network TV, trash, and snow removal. The included base board heat keeps it plenty warm in the winter, and the cooler temperatures keep it cool in the summer; no need for air conditioning here. It is generally 20-25 degrees cooler here than in Denver with summer highs mostly in the 60s and 70s.
