THE LIVING AREA
The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use G00gle Maps with "St George St, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances.
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.
• Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest.
• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products.
• Security devices?
One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home.
One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio.
