Bogtown Flats offers MFTE homes. Please read the following for details about our MFTE program.
A single occupant occupying a 1 bed 1 bath home cannot have an income exceeding $82,500 annually. For two occupants to qualify for a 1 bed 1 bath home, both combined incomes cannot have an income exceeding $94,275annually.

A single occupant occupying a 2 bed 2 bath home cannot have an income exceeding an annual income restriction. For two occupants to qualify both incomes cannot exceed $106,845 for three occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $120,190, for four occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $133,535 and for five occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $144,245.
