Successful applicants will need to meet minimum credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and income-to-rent ratios. Applicants must show up on time for a scheduled showing or send prior notice that they will be late or need to reschedule. Credit reports will be required for all applicants, as well as a verifiable source of income (e.g., employment with two months of recent pay stubs or other). Leasing Criteria include no bankruptcies, prior evictions, or lease defaults. Comprehensive reusable credit reports will not be accepted. Screenings are through our property management software, AppFolio. Applications are digital. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant.
