About Hudson Heights Studios Utilities Included
Hudson Heights Studios is a 5 minute walk to IC, 10 minute walk downtown, just under 10 minute car ride to Cornell and located on a main bus line with easy access all over Ithaca. Our downstairs studios rent for $1,050 and our upstairs rent for $1,100 a month for a 12 month lease. We offer 10 month leases for an additional $100 a month. Rent includes all utilities (water, heat & electric), garbage, off street parking and snow removal. The internet is the responsibility of the tenant. Units come unfurnished, but can be furnished for $20 a month and include a single bed, kitchen table and chairs, desk and lounge chair. Coin operated laundry is available on site.
With Units available in June, July and August with leases starting on the 1st and 15th.
