John Abbitt apartments are located just two blocks from historic Hampton Roads Harbor. At John Abbitt, we offer 2 bedroom garden apartment homes featuring large closets, ample kitchen cabinet space, stove and refrigerator. Our community offers a range of resident amenities, including 24 hour emergency maintenance service, 24 hour onsite laundry facilities, designated parking, and access to our pool at our Armistead Townhomes location.
We are conveniently located near shopping centers, libraries, and schools, parks, Hampton marina and Old Downtown Hampton. We are minutes away from military bases Huntington-Ingalls Shipyard, and most other major area employers. We currently have no apartments available.
We require a credit/criminal check and your month income should be 3X the rental amount.
