Located in the historic Stonington Borough, Sea Village provides residents with the exclusive opportunity to live on the ocean in the heart of our quintessential coastal village. Residents wake up every morning to a sunrise over Little Narragansett Bay. With a private dock right in the backyard, residents can walk out their door and boat just minutes to nearby Sandy Point beach, Watch Hill or Mystic. With just 14 residences, Sea Village is a small, welcoming community with first class amenities, including on-site laundry and storage rooms, and all the charm expected of a coastal New England home. Utilities are charged as an additional monthly flat fee and there is an annual pet fee.
