About the Builder

Fletcher Ray, Justin Metcalf, and Joe Wishcamper have 85+ years of combined experience across 23 states and have developed or redeveloped over 16,500-units of affordable and workforce housing since the early 1970s. Through the years they have been partners in several development companies together, including Wishcamper Development Partners, Evergreen Partners, Northwest Community Builders, and Wishrock Group. Today, Justin Metcalf and Fletcher Ray are co-managers of development companies that are active in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Rocky Mountain Region, with offices in Justin’s home state of Montana and Fletcher’s home state of Oregon. Similarly, Joe Wishcamper has an active family and development office where he resides in Portland, Maine. All three individuals still enjoy collaborating and partnering together on individual projects.
