Studios @ Walnut is a distinctive creative studio community in Pasadena that blends historic industrial character with flexible live/work appeal. Each studio offers striking architectural features, including fifteen-foot ceilings, steel casement windows, concrete floors, and open floor plans that create a bright, expansive environment ideal for creative work and comfortable living.
Set in Pasadena’s Lamanda Park neighborhood, Studios @ Walnut offers convenient access to the 210 Freeway and is less than a mile from the Sierra Madre Villa Metro station, making commuting simple.
