About Sun Property
Sun Property is in the heart of the university district and it is a student-only building. It is just three blocks from the University of Washington and major transit lines. Each dorm-style studios are furnished with a twin size bed, mattress, desk, and chair. There are full-size shared kitchens on each floor. The shared laundry room is on the 1st floor. Sun Property is a student-only building.
A month rent free amortized through the 12 month lease
Base rent of $745; after concession $683 for rent
Units have a lease with a flexible start date to August 31st, 2026.
The security deposit for the dorm-style studios is $250 with a $100 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee. Utilities and internet are not included. Renter's insurance is required.
Parking is an additional $100 a month.
