Sun Property

Sun Property is in the heart of the university district and it is a student-only building. It is just three blocks from the University of Washington and major transit lines. Each dorm-style studios are furnished with a twin size bed, mattress, desk, and chair. There are full-size shared kitchens on each floor. The shared laundry room is on the 1st floor. Sun Property is a student-only building. We also have an affordable unfurnished 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment in this building.

All units are on a fixed lease from September 9th, 2025 to August 31st, 2026

The security deposit for the dorm-style studios is $250 with a $100 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee and an $800 refundable deposit for 2bed/1bath. Utilities and internet are not included. Renter's insurance is required.

Parking is an additional $100 a month.
